Refunds

Please note that we generally do not accept returns. However, due to high stock turnover, there may be rare cases where an item you've ordered is no longer in stock. In such cases, we will issue a full refund and notify you immediately.

Replacements & Warranty

Items are only eligible for replacement if they fall within the applicable warranty period and have been assessed and confirmed as faulty by our technicians.
Customers are required to return faulty products to our head office in Cape Town, South Africa, for assessment.
Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors are not covered under warranty and will not be replaced.

All products must be installed by a qualified professional, such as a licensed electrician, plumber, or certified technician, depending on the product type.
Installations must comply with local wiring, plumbing, and safety regulations.
UtilityPal will not be held liable for any malfunction, damage, or safety issues resulting from improper installation, mishandling, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.
