The KoCoS ME28.3W DIN Serial to Ethernet/Wi-Fi Converter is a standalone, DIN rail-mountable device that enables Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity for energy meters and other devices with a serial (RS232/RS485) interface. Designed for flexibility and reliability, it supports Modbus RTU & TCP, as well as MQTT communication, making it ideal for modern energy monitoring and industrial automation systems.
 
With RS232 and RS485 interfaces, optional isolated RS485, and configuration via PC software or mobile app, the ME28.3W provides seamless integration and easy setup. Additional features include over-the-air firmware upgrades, surge protection (25kA, 660 J energy absorption), and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. Its compact, robust housing ensures secure DIN rail mounting in residential, commercial, and industrial electrical panels.
