Hexing's approved answer to the Honeywell Elster A1700 direct meter HXE330 is a SABS new generation of three phase directly connected prepayment meter or smart meter. It is designed according to international Standard Transfer Specification (STS) and supported by Hexing or third party vending system. With PLC/RFcommunication, it can be used for energy consumption monitoring and credit charging.
