Description:
The Siemens SITRANS FM MAG 8000 is a battery-powered electromagnetic water meter for abstraction, distribution-network, bulk and revenue metering where mains power is unavailable. The DN80 flanged version is a full-bore meter with no moving parts, an EPDM liner and Hastelloy C276 electrodes, delivering bidirectional accuracy of ±0.4% of rate ±2 mm/s with OIML R49 / MID MI-001 type approval. Its IP68 construction allows pit or underground installation, and the lithium battery pack gives years of maintenance-free operation. This package is supplied with a Kamstrup READy wireless M-Bus gateway for remote reading and a set of 2 flanges.
