Description:
The Kamstrup RS-485 module gives OMNIPOWER and earlier Kamstrup electricity meters a galvanically isolated, two-wire half-duplex EIA-485 serial interface. Up to 32 meters can share one bus of up to 1,200 m and be read through a single modem or building-management system using the DLMS or KMP protocol at 300-9,600 baud. Variants are available as a stand-alone slave module, as an add-on for the GSM8i modem, and with a 5 A / 1250 VA load-control relay.
