⚠ What you need for a complete, working meter
The FlowStar U is the flow sensor only. On its own it measures volume but cannot calculate energy. A working heat or cooling metering point needs three parts:
Flow sensor – this product, sized to your pipe.
SensoStar C calculator – works out the kWh and carries the M-Bus or wireless M-Bus communication.
Pt500 temperature sensor pair – measures flow and return temperature.
Choose parts 2 and 3 from the dropdowns above, or pick the "I already have one" option if you are only replacing the flow sensor. We programme the calculator to match this flow sensor’s litres-per-pulse before despatch, so there is nothing to set up on site.
 
Description:
The Engelmann FlowStar U is a flanged ultrasonic flow sensor for combined heat and cooling meters from DN50 to DN300. Its double-channel ultrasonic path in a stainless steel housing gives precise, wear-free volume measurement in any installation position, with a pulse output for the SensoStar C calculator or other pulse-input calculators. MID approved for heating applications.
