Description:
The Milesight UC300 is a LoRaWAN I/O controller that connects existing meters, pumps and sensors to a LoRaWAN network. Its RS485 Modbus port polls up to 32 Modbus RTU meters (for example Eastron, Accuenergy or Chint DIN-rail meters) and sends the readings over LoRaWAN, while four digital inputs count pulses from mechanical water meters, two relay outputs switch pumps or valves remotely, and the analogue and PT100 inputs monitor tank levels, pressure and temperature. A simple IF-THEN rules engine and threshold alarms let it act locally, and data is stored and retransmitted if the network drops. Ideal for retrofitting metering that is already installed into a LoRaWAN reading network.
