⚠ What you need for a complete, working meter
The SensoStar C is the calculator only. It cannot measure anything on its own. A working cooling metering point needs three parts:
Flow sensor or flow meter – an Engelmann FlowStar U (DN50–DN300) or Woltmann (DN50–DN150), sized to your pipe. Sold separately.

Buying the flow sensor and the calculator together? Order from the FlowStar U or Woltmann listing instead and add the calculator there – we then programme the calculator to match the flow sensor’s litres-per-pulse before despatch. Ordering the calculator on its own, please tell us the flow sensor’s litres-per-pulse so we can set the Pulse value to match.
Description:
The Engelmann SensoStar C cooling meter calculator is the chilled-water version of the SensoStar C: pair it with a pulse-output flow sensor (FlowStar U, Woltmann or other) and a Pt500 temperature sensor pair to meter cooling energy in HVAC and district cooling systems. It stores monthly values, supports M-Bus or wireless M-Bus radio, and is factory-configured for your flow sensor pulse value.
